Now I can smell ground up bones and cow meat with big chucks of gristle and fat whenever I want to, and be reminded that I actually met Eric Idle…

A father’s love for his daughter, as expressed in directions on how to babysit her when she was a baby…
I hope it is big enough so that you can read it. Somebody found this in their old memories and sent it to me. I don’t remember who was babysitting Jessica. I don’t even remember writing this, but it has … Continue reading →

I took a pottery class. This was on the day after our Legoland adventure with the adorable cousins. My daughters were still in town. My older daughter, Jessica, set this up. She is the one who got me into blacksmith … Continue reading →

My newest little cousin. Also, if babies don’t look at you like that when you hold them, you are doing it wrong!!! Everybody had to take turns holding her. She looks a little miffed that I am interrupting bonding time … Continue reading →

That right there is my little buddy, Olivia, getting ready for her first roller coaster ride ever. My older daughter, Jessica, took her on it. I am too big to fit in the Legoland roller coasters. Action shots! It is … Continue reading →

Two awesome days of excellent adventures, with lots of pictures of cute kids… part 1…
My weekend was so awesome. Well, technically, my weekend is on Monday and Tuesday, but it was still awesome! I spent some time with my little buddy Olivia and her dad. And both my daughters are in town, the married … Continue reading →

Don’t worry, I am not turning this into a hipster food blog… but we did go out for a nice meal the other day…
If you look past the large, scary man… (no, he isn’t scary, that’s our friend, Big Johnny, who has known my wife since high school, and me for a lot of years, and is called ‘Big’ because I am 6 … Continue reading →

You give them life, you pour yourself into them, but it doesn’t really feel real until you hold the actual paperback copy in your hands. I think the cover came out pretty good. Thanks again to all of you who … Continue reading →
