So now, after those end-of-Christmas-vacation mishaps, I am back in the air in San Diego with the new drone. I like this one, not only for the cool music I added, but because it shows Ben, my daughter’s boyfriend, who is flying his drone with a special VR headset. How coo is that?

Just random pictures I took this week… or last week. I saw the same scruffy grey hawk three days in a row.

That is not a usual thing.

And I don’t know what kind of hawk it is. A young Ferruginous Hawk?

I like hawks.

There are three dogs and a cat sleeping in that photo. This is also not a usual thing.

The same cat. She was sleeping with her face resting in a scented candle, until I tried to take a picture.

A full moon and some clouds.

Another daughter through college… sort of…

This is why we fixed up the yard. Mollie graduated with her degree in nursing studies with a focus on disabilities.

So proud… now we just need to pay for med school… sigh.

My daughters are way smarter than I am.

Life could be worse.
