I guess this post is technically part of my ‘You say you want a revolution’ series of posts that I did recently, because it is definitely about the horrible new changes that WordPress is sticking us with… but I don’t even have the energy to make this post funny or add a goofy Photoshop picture. The new stats page is so bad… and the drop down notification menu is just annoying.
Seriously, WordPress, these changes are the worst Christmas present anybody ever gave me.

I hate the new dashboard layout in general. I couldn’t even figure out how to log off after it got changed up. I just go back to classic dashboard and I hope WordPress will too.

I just doubt they are accurate. Like Twitter just deleted spam accounts and people lost tens of thousands of followers. There is so much spam

Hey at least they give you a vote Facebook just changes shit and never tells you. Little things like privacy settings. Naw they are just letting you vote to make you think you have a choice. Give it time for the old stats page to disappear.

I have gone to my stats page using two different computers using three different browsers and, each time, completed the survey indicating how bad these new changes are and why I prefer the “old” (aka, “classic”) stats page. I wonder if they’re even bothering to look at the survey results.
who knows… I hope they at least keep that button to go to the old page there.
