I am starting a series of posts about things that look cool reflected in water. I started with San Francisco because we just shared that Christmas adventure there, I grew up across the bay from there, and I was actually born there.
Fell free to make suggestions for this series.
Just so you know, I didn’t expect the main support cables to look quite that cool… like snakes swimming by… oh yeah. Also, I like the way the Transamerica building in the water looks like it is dripping and melting.
I don’t know if anybody is getting sick of these…
I mean, I could go on for a while longer…
Making pictures like these, out of photos like these…
But I think maybe it is time to move on.

And that is pretty pretty…
Like a Grateful Dead poster… and to think, all those came from this original photo…
I see these outside Chinese restaurants all the time…
But I never see them on the menu…
I was at a park this evening for a… non-duck-related reason, and I took these pictures.
That guy walked right up to me and nuzzled my knee when I crouched down.
So yeah… some ducks.
Seriously, a tumbleweed in a salt water bay, near palm trees and the Pacific Ocean… where can you see that but Southern California?
Have you considered moving?
You know, to somewhere it doesn’t snow?
I mean, we have snow. I can see it on the tops of the mountains in the distance.
That is how we keep our snow… where we can visit it when we want to… not right outside our houses.
I like my snow like I like my tigers… where I can visit it, but not laying all over my car.
Not that we need more people living in San Diego… but if you read my blog, I am sure we can make an exception.
Because obviously, you are a person of taste and refinement…
And you appreciate the finer things in life. Plus, we could totally hang out together.
