The third book in my action/adventure/humor science fiction series is almost ready to send to the printers. It would not be possible without the help of two very special blogger friends.
Thank you, Sirius Bizinus, from; https://amusingnonsense.wordpress.com/
Thank you, Lorien Vidal, at; https://wtfelsewhere.wordpress.com/
These two people, whom I have never even met in real life, have spent months editing my words. I know a lot of words. I can tell a story. I am all art side of the brain. Unfortunately, it is the other side… the logic side… that remembers grammar rules and spelling. So I need a lot of help.
And what did these two people ask in return for these hours of labor? For a free, signed copy of the book. No, let me rephrase that. They asked for nothing. I had to insist that they get copies of the book.
My wife keeps telling me that the bloggers I meet are not my friends. She says you have to meet people in real life to be friends. But I don’t know what else to call these two people.

Yahoo! That’s wonderful, Arturo. 🙂 🙂
I know… sniff…
Reblogged this on WTF Elsewhere and commented:
Ok, so this is kind of cheating with a new blog post but it’s happy news and a very sweet dedication. Thanks, Art 🙂
no… thank you…
Aw, holy hell I did not expect this! I do not know what keystrokes to use for an emoji that smiles with a shiny tear in its eye but *picture one here*
T’was a pleasure to be able to do this. You have helped me as well. 🙂
Well there is still one more book in the series… HA! I mean, we should give it a while before we dig in, but it will clear up all your questions about what happens.
SB is good people. You are too.
awww… thanks
I talk about my blogging friends to my husband, like I have met them, had tea with them. Secretly – he thinks I am nuts, although he says nothing – he knows better, because maybe I am really crazy. That is so nice of Sirius and Lorien to do that. There are so many cool people in the blogging world!
I have met one blog friend in real life… I did posts about it… in San Francisco… and he has since stopped blogging… so… uh…
Hmm? Was that the Doobster – Mindful Digressions?
yup
He convinced me to participate in the A to Z challenge – cool blogger!!!
I miss him. We had a fun adventure in SF.
Your wife is wrong, and you are right. You can tell her I said so.
I can… but I probably won’t… ha!
Thanks for posting this Arthur! I need to hear things like this, because like your wife, my husband says that stuff and it messes with my head all the time. I still wish you would post more stories or writing pieces on your blog, because I know what an incredible writer you are. Congrats on the book!
I am trying to send my stuff out to places… but there is a lot of writing… you just have to dig for it.
Okay – next time I’m over I will bring my shovel 🙂 I know you’re busy, just like the writing posts. Maybe you can recycle some.
that is a possibility.
Good. And make them varied. Cover all the genres. Because I know you can.
I try, thanks.
Kumquats. You could call them Kumquats.
I do that too… to all of you… just so you know…
All of us Kumquats thank you , oh great one/ Orange you happy we’re here?
