I want to thank my good buddy, Julie, for ordering not only both of the first two books in my hilarious and exciting science fiction series, but the children’s book I wrote… and did the illustrations in… I actually sent her all three books and signed them. I have done this on rare occasion with people I feel that I know… and most of them have eventually sent me the money for the books and the postal charges… hint, hint…
I also want to thank Julie Julie Julie for being one of my best minions… by which I mean that she is one of the people who makes that post where we are trying to break the record for the most comments on a WordPress blog post so much fun to keep going… we are now up to 32,317 comments… all of them funny.
You should really visit that post and leave at least one comment if you haven’t already. The link is over there on the top of my sidebar. You can meet Julie by finding one of her old comments on the record-breaking post and starting a conversation by replying to it… she loves it when people do that… that’s why she is one of my favorite minions!

I don’t get notifications of replies to comments I have made. That is some kind of magic I do not know. I do love that post simply because I can have so much fun there. It is one of the goofiest places I have ever found and I feel so at home. Thus the reason I do not have my own blog. I have too much fun playing on everyone else’s.

oh my. Julie doesn’t have a blog. Not even a pretend one under an assumed name. Julie just finds blogs she likes and pretends like she is important and has something intelligent, or funny, or interesting to add to the conversation. You my dear Elyse usually have something interesting to say, and I generally have a comment to add.
I think I will be volunteering to read the monkey book to some preschools and some young classes. I think it was written well, with funny pictures, and lends itself well to questions, and discussions that will enhance learning in the youngsters! Art did a really nice job with it.
Thanks… I think I was the one that started the rumor that it was your blog… because I swear that’s what Trendy-Trent-T-Nert said… or something… I get confused… and I love the letter you sent me… when you finish the books, I hope you go to the Bookpatch link on my book page and write me some reviews…
