… over on a blog called the outlier collective…
http://theoutliercollective.wordpress.com/2013/06/27/workin-for-the-nsa/
It was a post about the NSA and Ed Snowden. I had to use my brain for this one.
Read it. Then follow the blog.
Lots of people talk about really important stuff.

I posted on TOC about a month ago, and it also made me use my brain in a way I rarely had to use before – by writing a more or less coherent essay rather than a list. Man that was hard…
I think people thought I was more for this issue than I really am.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure which side you supported more – but given that you are one of the most open bloggers I know, I knew you wouldn’t be totally supporting absolute privacy.
I support the idea of privacy. And of us being safe. I am just that complex.
Now that is something worth checking out. I’m shocked by this whole brain concept though.
Me too!
You did good on that post. I’m not touching that topic with a 10-foot pole (please remove your head from the gutter).
Ha!
I followed the outlier collective blog and then I thought well wait it was what HE wrote that I liked so now I am following you. But I know you don’t mind. And anyway, you can say anything in front of me. I can take it.
I am glad to have you. But I don’t usually get that worked up over here. Okay, I do like to mess with Dick Cheney…
You are everywhere- everywhere! (wandering that way)
I am taking over the world… one word at a time.
Read it, commented, Pressed it, great piece.
You know I am not taking their side, right?
Yes, that’s obvious and oddly, I read for content.
Wow… nobody evder read me for content before… I must have made some kind of mistake. Some people seem to think I am taking the gov’ment’s side. I was just trying to say how modern life confuses me and nothing is so clear anymore… and slip in some jokes.
Yeah, I know because I read it, which is why I Pressed it. You presented valid points.
Without taking one side or the other… which I was sort of proud of… but if people think I lean one way, I would rather have it be away from the government spying.
I think you believe in honoring an oath and, having taken an oath or two in my time, I agree with your position on that. YOU would be the last person on earth I would expect to take the government’s side.
As long as you know that, I will stop worrying about it.
