It’s time to meet some of my favorite bloggers…
So say hello to my little friend… Edward Hotspur… a man for all seasonings.
I freely admit that I have a man-crush on Ed. He is brilliant. It is hard to describe what he does because he does it all. In the first place, he is one of the first people to take my blog seriously and follow me. I don’t know how I got so lucky. The only person luckier than me is his wife… Ha!
Also, many of the other people I really like I only met because they were followers and commentors on Ed’s blog. And once again I freely admit that I did everything I could think of to suck up to them and get to know them. If you read the comment discussions on Ed’s blog, it is like being at the best party you have ever been at. Like a Hollywood A-list party, without the stuck-up jerks.
Ed writes stuff that will make you cry, laugh, shout, or just go, ‘huh???’. He does music. He likes to take pictures of clouds. He loves his wife in a way that the rest of us should wish we were loved. In fact he is the guy who started the ‘Romantic Monday’ series of posts that I join in quite often. I have done whole posts in tribute to Ed before, because impressing Ed is like impressing the Queen of England… if she was a super model and lead singer in the coolest band ever.
So stop reading about him and go read him. If you do not enjoy yourself, I will give you your money back.

I have learned that so far at least one person who read the post and didn’t know you has visited and liked your blog. And I was reminded that at least one other person found your blog long ago from reading other posts I have done about you in the past. I feel so valuable… and loved.
Oh… and that last part… I heard it in your voice with the fake English accent… it was either that or Morgan Freeman’s voice… I could have imagined it either way. I hope that doesn’t creep you out too much.

You know I would never ignore her. I just forgot to check my spam because sometimes I don’t get that much. Tell her I am sorry. And I will stop staring at her little picture… I promise…
I think you are how I found Ed, lol. Am I even allowed to call him Ed? Should I call him Mr. Hotspur instead? Geez…
We should all call him ‘Master’… but he would hate that, which makes it funny, so let’s do it.
I can do that, lol. Master Ed… has a certain ring to it.
Or Mister Ed… oh wait… there is that talking horse already… ha!!!!!
That thought did cross my mind, lol.

I do tributes to him all the time… poems, links, homages, and one really good obituary… but he asked for that.
I’ve seen it a lot of those. I know you two are like the Sonic guys. Kinda creepy, but since I adore you both, I’m looking the other way.

Besmirch? That’s a great word one doesn’t get to use very often, you’re welcome for giving you the opportunity.
I use that word at least twice a day. Because the world is just full of besmirchers besmirching that which should never be besmirched. See, I even use it in multiple forms.
And I like the picture, by the way. Nice smile… if indeed that is your real smile.
That’s my “we’ve been taking pictures for two hours and I have a stomach ache” smile. My real one would make you melt. 😉
