But if you are one of those people who believe that science is just a superstition and that religious writings from centuries ago hold all the answers to everything we need to know… well… I hope this picture didn’t make your head explode…
Because if your head did explode, you would need to see a doctor… and medicine is really a science, when you get right down to it…
Which might help you to justify not getting your kids vaccinated and possibly returning us all to the medieval world where diseases we could have beaten make a comeback…
But good luck putting the pieces of your skull back together with duct tape and super glue…
Oh… wait… I’m fairly certain that even duct tape and super glue owe their invention to science on some level… so… uh…
We just keep going around in a circle here.

There are always 2 ways to look at something & you can learn so much from looking at something from another angle.
I look at everything from at least two angles
I don’t think doctors can help fix an exploded head. Theoretically, you could pray to Jesus to put your head back together, but it’s practically impossible to pray after your head had exploded.
Sort of like a religious head-exploding Catch-22
even all the king’s horses and men can’t help put it together again
I never thought the two were mutually exclusive. I just thought God had invented all the science stuff. These days apparently you are not obligated to believe something just because it has been empirically proven; it can be your opinion whether or not something is a fact. But maybe that is not what you are talking about. Anyways, I like the graphic. But I believe there is no fix for a head which has actually exploded.
to fix an exploded head would require a miracle…hmmmmmmmm
Ah, so if you believe in God, which I do, you would believe in miracles and hence a fix for an exploded head. Well played.
I try to cover all my bases
I also do not quite separate them, assuming PMAO actually meant spirituality (as there are some differences between that and just religion).
I most certainly would welcome the increasing weight of evidence linking the two.
Well, depends on what Mohawk calls a miracle. Hehe!
Now you’ve got me pondering the meaning of miracle. What is the criteria? Hmmm… there could be a blog post here
yeah there could
Apt question.
I have an apt question app
Hhhahaha! Touche!
I am touché-d
I do like to cause an actual conversation now and then
Indeed you do. In fact, you seem to prefer it happens often.
within reason
Ha!
oh yeah
Ha!
No.
That sounds… Definitive
Bill Nye and Jesus working together with Cyanoacrylates and Polyethlene chemical formulas while consulting the “Good Book.” Now that’s an adhesive that is hard to beat.
Sticks to the roof of your brain… And soul
Words to live by. Could I get that on tape?
not available in stores
Oh darn.

LOL.
This is a no lol zone… Please see my posts on why I hate lol
(:o( I will.
I feel like I am bossing you around now… Sorry
Thank you Art no problem…not now anyway. But an hour ago I nearly jumped off that curb.
Usually I wait until people actually sign the minion paperwork before I act like that… Sorry
I’ve always wanted to be a minion!
Well, type minion in the search bar before you decide…
I don’t understand. I thought Jesus was a wine maker/carpenter. Now you say he is a scientist?
I am just pointing out that religion and science aren’t two separate things. Maybe.
I agree. I’m religious. I believe in God. I also believe in science. It annoys me that so many Christians believe God created everything with a wave of His magical hand or a blink of His I-Dream-of-Genie eyes. Makes the rest of us look kooky. Which we may be, but not because we believe God is magical.
Well said all the way around!
I adore that graphic, is it one of yours? There’s always chocolate I suppose,,, oh, no, wait.. that was a chemist wasn’t it.. sighhhh
I did stick two images together
with science
