The constant fiddling about is driving me freakin’ crazy! Am I going crazy or did they make the other comment menu disappear? Not the little drop down notifications menu on the top right… which now only goes back so many comments by the way… I am talking about the one that used to be in the drop down menu on the right top… the one that let you go back and see all the comments.
I get a lot of comments. I need to be able to see them. I found a new item in the reader menu under My Activity called; My Comments… which is stupid. It just shows the last comment you did on a bunch of posts. How does that help? Even I can remember most of what I typed in the last day or two.
And as long as we are back on the subject of unwanted changes… we all HATE the stupid new notifications drop down menu.
Please stop messing with stuff.
Or take a poll and find out what we want you to change.
It is a little like you hired some tech experts and you are just trying to keep them busy.
Oh, and maybe you could try putting some of the posts about how we hate the changes up on the Freshly Pressed wall… so you at least look like you are pretending to listen to us…

Yep. I got annoyed this week when my reader page no longer listed the “classic” view for My Sites. Then I saw there was a link for “WP Admin” – that takes you to the classic view which includes all those old links to posts, comments, etc. What part of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” don’t they get ?!

Yes, they removed the “view archive” from the “new and improved” notification thingie. But if you bookmark this URL, it will send you to the “old and better” notifications archives.

It’s a nice bookmark, Doobster, but I’ve got too many bookmarks to muddle through already. I’m with Art. I wish they’d go back to the old notifications thingie (there’s a thingie for you, Art).
and sometimes people get sent to spam if they comment a lot…
That’s why I keep my comments down. I’d sure hate to end up in someone’s spam folder.
