I could do ten posts a day and not keep up. So let me give you a quick rundown of what you have to look forward to…
I am going to finish these pictures of our trip to Arizona today.
Then I have pictures of my little buddy Willie! He and his parents came to town for Thanksgiving, and we got to see Willie on his second day of being able to walk!!! We got some really cute pictures.
I am still working on the murder mystery even though the NaNoWriMo time limit is passed. I will post chapters, and I will put the whole thing in a category so you can find it more easily. But I will once again warn you that I am not going to post more than two-thirds of it, or none of you will buy it.
Some of you may remember that my older daughter’s boyfriend and I were doing a project where he was designing awesome 3-D images of futuristic military hardware and I was writing a sort of science-fiction/fantasy story around them. I should tell you that this isn’t the cute stuff I usually post. There is violence and swearing. We were originally going to start a website and do this to make a little money off advertising, but he is too busy with his job now, so he said I could post it. It is only about nine chapters of three to six pages each, but for those of you who like something a little edgy, this might be a nice change of pace.
Okay, that is what is happening in the near future. Enjoy the pictures for a few more days, because after that, this blog is going to get all wordy up in here.
Oh, and we all bought new phones last night. Our old cell phones didn’t work as phones at our house. We were in a dead zone. So now all the girls have IPhone 5’s or something. I got one with a bigger screen. It seems like it might be awesome but it is way smarter than me so I can’t tell yet… so the phone might be cool, but what it doesn’t have is a cool name… it is called: htc one
htc one? What the heck? I have had a Droid and a Razor. Now I have a phone that sounds like a dental insurance plan or maybe a replacement part for a washing machine. Sigh.

I am still only half way through the book.
I need a name to add you to the story. One that is close to your real name so you know it is you. Or I can add you to book 5 of the sci-fi series… you can be an alien.

iPhone 5 have a good camera and if you d/l the cameras apps it can be as good as many costly cameras.
I have to check out mine… I may have picked the wrong phone just because of the bigger screen.
Looks like I will take a break and get back to reading the Saloon at the Edge of Everywhere! That’s about as Edgy as I get. As for the cute stuff and desert photos… “I’ll be back…”

That would have been a good name for a phone… my voice mail message would be “I’ll be back.”
And the Caller ID would ask every caller “Sarah Connor?”

I hope it’s not R2D2. He always sounded like “argle-bargle-gargle-beep-beep”, and I hope this htc has a clearer speaker.
I just hope I can use it at my house as a phone.
I will let my phone navigate my space ship.
