No… not in real life, Mr. Silly Head. I mean in the murder mystery I am writing. When I write my humorous science fiction, I have to make you like the characters and then have them do crazy things. I try to stick them in the weirdest situations I can think of.
But a murder mystery sort of has to have people die… well, at the very least one person. And this is sort of a weird kind of power. I can make you like a character… put hundreds of words together to make them feel real to you, and then blow their brains out. Heck, I can bump off every person in the book if I want. I am writing a book about a murderer by murdering off my own characters… I am the murderer…
This is why I try not to think about stuff too much…
