Look at my little buddy. He has his bib on. He is ready to go out for some lunch. And that is exactly what we did.
But first we stopped by a little farmer’s market.
And I had to take a few pictures of interesting things I spotted, like this mural painted on the side of a building.
And some very pretty gold-painted architectural flourishes.
Then it was time for some food. Look at him, with his little, metal sippy straw!
He always seems surprised that people keep taking pictures of him no matter what it is he is doing.
Look, even his mom is taking pictures of him while he eats. And so am I. I can see why he might think this is a little annoying. I don’t like people taking pictures of me when I am eating.
Then we walked around San Francisco for a while. I took a few more photos of weird things I saw in various stores.
Because you just never know what you will see in the Bay Area.
I cardboard rhino head would be fun to have too.
I don’t even know what that is and I want one. It was like six feet tall. Some sort of boat/train/TV/airplane/motor home sort of a thing. How could you not want one of those?
Yup. You gotta love San Francisco. It is like a magical doorway into another realm.
Okay, more Willie pictures coming soon.

Willy is sure growing up – right before our eyes!
We are going to turn him into just another adult, aren’t we?
I’ve been to San Fran. I was wondering who was having more fun in the stores you or little Willie?
It is very hard to tell.
i know right?!
I do know right.
Does Willie have his driver’s license now? He’s turned into a regular little man since the last time I saw him.
He is almost walking.
He is so cute! I love when they first start to walk and they stagger around a little bit then they learn how to RUN. I love babies and toddlers.
They just lean forward and follow their big old heads.
Just like his daddy… HA!
hahahahaha!
I have seen him in action.
Now if only Arthur would! 😉
hahahahahaha!
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Sleep apnea?
I have that too.
No! Do you really? Do you have TMJ, will a mouthpiece help?
I can’t sleep with the thing on.
I wonder if we’d be deteriorating quite as fast if we’d lived a little bit slower?
Yes… because we only killed the weak cells.
Phew, well THAT’s a relief!
We should live forever now.
😉
Not a chance in heck.
why not, Willie could teach you…
sure…
What element(s) do you find most appealing about the graffiti?
The flowers? Or just graffiti in general?
The photo you took of the flowers. You said it interested you.
If a building owner pays for art, it isn’t really graffiti.
Eh, it’s not meant to judge. Semantics aside, I was getting your perspective on its composition. You said it looked interesting. I was curious what made it interesting to you.
I just like that they didn’t use color. Mostly it was just that it added something to the side of a building that was over the roof of the building next door and wasn’t even visible from most places on the street. And the fact that they bothered to do it all. And I like flowers.
