Is there anything more iconic than the Golden Gate bridge in the fog? I think not!
I drove over to San Francisco to spend the day with little Willie… uh… and his parents, of course… and I couldn’t resist taking some pictures while I was driving….
Don’t try this at home kids. Driving in fog and rain showers while taking pictures is stupid. But I was a professional driver… see my hilarious ‘Driving Miss Crazy stories…
Also, I have the speedy reaction time of a ninja ocelot.
But it was still pretty stupid.
I love the way the parts of the bridge loom out of the fog at you, and seem to disappear up into nothingness.
But best of all, these pictures mean that we are getting closer to the pictures of little Willie.

Didn’t have time to check out his other stuff yet. Knew you’d like it. Don’t you just love the time lapse of the fog just rolling rolling over that mountain an pouiring into the valley? Looks like waterfall of fog.
I used to watch that stuff for hours… walk in it, drive in it… the cemetery where we used to hang out gets these ground fogs where just the tops of the tombstones stick out.
Can you imagine standing on Alcatraz in that kind of fog and allowing yourself to believe that you are on the only piece of dry land in all of the world and all beyond is a mystery.
Been there… done that…
That’s scary, can;t see far at all. Reminds me of when I was in Australia, the rain was coming down so hard we couldn’t see ahead of us on the highway. (I would say motorway but Australia adopted Americanisms)
The whole world will become us… as soon as all the McDonald’s are in place!

yeah, musically for me 70’s had it, I was born then so I can count it. Most bands that influenced me were 80’s but on the alternative scene, but they were mainly paying homage to the 70’s various musical movements
