So I have been working on this idea of taking a photo of the sunset every night for a whole year.
But I get bored. And I sort of feel guilty that we have the same orange sun in the same blue sky every night when some of you live where it snows. Also, my wife made me stop climbing on our roof every night. And sunset time is also dinner and homework time, so it gets tricky.
So I am just going to take pictures of the sunsets when they stand out in some way, or when I am somewhere interesting.
And you know I am also in the middle of Willy week. So the best I can come up with is some pictures of sunsets with Willy’s head stuck in them.
I hope you like it.
Hey, wake up, Willy… you are missing a nice sunset.
See? I knew you would like that.
Look at you, with your little head flying around like some kind of orbiting moon of cuteness…
Alright, now he just looks sort of annoyed with me. It is time to stop messing with his head.
Join me tomorrow to see how I manage to tie Willy in with Ed Hotspur’s ongoing romantic Monday theme.

I really love the first one. What kind of plant is that?
It is some kind of pine tree. They grow like that, no trimming. About twenty feet tall.
Very cool. Looks like a species of mesquite. Very cool.
They aew weirdly symettrical.
That may be what is appealing to my OCD.
I said aew instead of are… what does that do for you?
Give me a zen feeling 😉
I will settle for that gladly.
I’m just here to remind you that someday, and not that far in the future, Willie is going to be much better at the computer than you are. And he is probably going to take up blogging for the sole purpose of making your life miserable. I can’t wait to follow that . . .
No way. He is my buddy. And I do all my stuff from love… but I should be careful, now that you mention it…
Oh of course it will all be out of love. I never feel more loved than when someone is teasing me. But consider yourself warned. I bet he will have a blog (or something we have never even discovered yet) by the time he is three. Kids these days . . .
I am more worried about my own daughters. I am very nice to them here. I may be a computer moron, but I am not stupid… really…
I love the last face, most expressive!
He who expresses last faces best!…???
Reminds me of the strange baby sun out of “teletubbies”. I like taking photos of special sunsets outside my kitchen window too…took one tonight in fact! I want to see his face on the Teletubbie sun now.
I remember that show. Jess watched it when she was little. That was a while back.
Very strange show!
Sort of creeped me out. Then the religious fringe said that one tubby was gay… that was weird.
I think that made it better! The ‘tubbies’ are the colors of the gay flag…or so I was told.
It just seems like a strange thing to get worked up about.
I agree.
Who has time to worry about such things.
I know i’m behind and going backwards but wtf is this kid? lol
If you look at my stuff backwards you will go blind or your head will explode.
explains my headache when i read your stuff 😉
Sure it does.
Willy likes sunrises too you know?
We both try to sleep through those, but that isn’t a bad idea. My view of the sunrises is better than the sunsets. I could just tell people they are sunsets.
That second last on is cute!
I like that you narrowed it down like that.
Can’t wait to find out who this cute baby is. Nice sunset montage.
I am going to add babies to everything.
Adorable.
I couldn’t really go wrong, could I?
