I took these photos down at a little park called Point Isabel right down on the bay.
Lots of people take their dogs down there to run them around.
It is also pretty close to my mom’s house.
And it offers some great views.
I think I was playing with the new zoom lens. In that one you can see the old Civil War fort underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. They built it right over that sucker. It is the big box under the arch on the left.
There is nothing like a golden sunset over the… hey… wait… is that why they call it the ‘Golden Gate’???
We may have just learned something here…

I would be afraid for my dog in the bay. Maybe not if I was there seeing it first hand, but that pic made me worry for the dog… Can you go in the fort? That would be so cool! I should take a trip to see you Arthur, so you could show me first hand all the coolness!
