So I had forgotten all about these pictures until Eva… Willie’s mom… posted on Facebook that Willie requested that she read my book, I Like Monkeys, at bedtime the other day. How sweet is that. He likes my book. And that reminded me of the pictures.
So there we were… on the little train… and Mollie obviously took these pictures because you can see me behind Willie, Eva and Big Johnny… and I was trying to behave myself…
We were chugging along through the redwoods…
We already know Willie was having a blast, and you can see Eva is happy.
And John is the picture of happy, proud papa.
And I was being so good…
But I get excited…
I think I might have licked his neck right after that picture was taken.
But Big Johnny has known me for a long time and knows what to expect… up to and including being dragged backwards off his seat on a small train for a bear hug.
