Now that is why they call it the ‘Golden Gate’… oh, yeah…
These are not really the last of the pictures of our trip to the Bay Area…
They might, however, be the last I take with my old, cheap camera… except for now and then…
Did I mention that My wife and Mollie came back early and I stayed for a second week? That is why there are so many pictures and stories of me running around on my own. I never do these things in order.
On my last night there I drove down to the bay and took all these sunset pictures. This is also a place where lots of people walk their dogs so I can meet fuzzy friends and enjoy the view.
I still say the San Francisco bay is one of the best places on earth to watch the sun set… or rise… or just float across the sky… sigh…
wow
There are never two moments of two sunsets that are the same…
Each moment has its own magic…
Water, sky, light and clouds all combine in a mystical dance…
Moments seem to stretch on forever.
You can almost see eternity…
You can almost feel eternity…
And then it is time to go…

I love watching the moment when the water swallows the sun. I could stand there for hours.
It only lasts a few minutes… HA!
“Wow” doesn’t seem to cover it. “Stunning” is an understatement. They are OUTSTANDING
yay
Nice!
wheeeeeeeeeee
o3o Ooooh, I love the sunset one. 🙂
ha
Very pretty.. 😀
thanks… I invented sunsets
Hwhw.. your photos are great.
yay… thanks.
nice colourful bridge!
never seen it
from that angle 🙂
It does photograph nicely, doesn’t it?
Wonderful shots and thoughts. Too bad that ugly bridge thing kept photo-bombing your sun
It is just plain rude
You could get the squirrels to talk it into drawing some forbidden toons and the resulting furor might take it out of the picture entirely…
too much work… besides, people need that bridge to jump off of when depressed
I s’pose you’re right
I always am
mmmhmmm
yup
