Hey… whatever man. It’s my blog, and if I want to use it as a handy off-site storage unit for my photos, then dang it, that’s what I am gonna do!
As much as I love my trips to see my mom in the San Francisco Bay Area, there is one huge obstacle standing in the way. Los Angeles. I hate that place. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or night it is, this is what LA looks like…
Look at all those cars not moving in two directions. This can turn an eight-hour drive into a ten-hour drive. It can make you crabby…
But you know me. I always find a way to silly things up. So say hello to my little friend…
He rides with me everywhere I go. And when I get bored, I let him stick his head out of the window. And then I see other drivers smiling and little kids laughing, and I feel better… even in LA traffic…
Hey, don’t look at me like that. I don’t need any of your attitude. You are just here to make me happy. Get back to work…

These are not boring pictures of the Bay area – they are boring pictures of traffic. Get your facts straight PMAO! 🙂
I am building to a climax… so to speak.
I was just in LA, and my GOD. My GOD. I was not prepared for that ridiculousness AT ALL. I don’t get it. How does anyone function with that kind of traffic? It really seems kind of…like, criminal, to me. It’s just bad. I wish I could have seen a puppet during my two hour stint in hell there on the 101. All’s I know is this: Next time I head that way, I am flying. Then, I’ll just walk or something.
When I drive through LA, all I can think is; You do all know you can move somewhere else, right?
They know, but can’t move anywhere because of the traffic.
Right… half the traffic is moving vans.
I drive with Sock Monkey. He likes to stick his head out the sun roof. Occasionally the sun roof closes on his neck, but he still has all his stuffing. Looks like you’re not alone…but can you say you knew that strange birdie car would be YOUR car when you were 19?
I used to stick other stuff out of the window when I was 19… ha!
Ha!
YAY!
You can feel the excitement.
You could do a series of him going places, with you of course, and we’d know what he was saying and thinking from your end of the conversation with him.
I assume you are talking about Willie… or the osterich…??? Either one would be good.
The ostrich. I love Willie too but the ostrich is capable of a different sort of mischief.
Maybe I will do something interesting with the ostrich… that sounds so wrong… HA!!!
I think I will get one of those, do they do
Vampires or Frankenstein one’s by any
chance? 🙂 I like your photographs, and
why not add a few more, I am sure that
everyone here will enjoy looking at them,
it could even be a regular theme? 🙂
Well I only said…
Have a fun rest of Wednesday my friend 🙂

I try not to do more than 2 or at most 3 posts a day. There is too much of a good thing.
Yes okay you have successfully steered away from the challenge, well done but perhaps another day you will consider offering them? 🙂 After all they are interesting, let us see who else likes the idea of your photographic brilliance 🙂
Andro
No… I am doing it… it just takes a while.
What a great idea! I’m sure it would soften a lot of people and make them smile.
Till he bites them on the face!
lol
