Nothing ever foments on WordPress.
Every major annoying redesign debacle, management just smugly rides out the whining on the forums while users spew threats and vitriol for a week or two, then everything settles back down into an uncomfortable rut of disempowerment and resentment.
It’s like Windows 10 without the pop up notifications.

What are they up to now?? I’m having problems. Every time I go to respond to a comment it disappears on me. I have to hit refresh to find it and be able to comment. Sigh
