Sometimes the crack squirrels in my head come up with an idea and just run with it… or I come up with the idea and they get carried away… I don’t remember which of us thought up the idea of quelling my homesickness for the Bay Area by doing pictures of San Francisco in Photoshop, but I do know I fell like I am spending time there… so… uh… yeah…

There’s for sure something hypnotic that happens on my screen when I look at the Fibonacci section of the image. In a way it makes me feel like I’m waking up from a nap in the park, looking across a bay, and seeing city / sunspot in my vision at the same time… Interesting. – JM
