I have a cape… with my initial right on the back… and everything! During the ceremony in our backyard where we were made William’s godfamily, his parent gave my wife, daughters and I gift bags. I don’t know what I was expecting exactly, but it couldn’t have been as cool as this!
It all came about because Willie has a cape.
He wears it everywhere. When he goes to do beach cleanups with his mom…
Or when they go out for a walk. Everywhere…
So instead of something traditional, we all got capes that match Willie’s cape. There is Mollie in her new cape.
And there is Jessica in her cape, talking to Willie’s parents and her boyfriend, Jason.
So anyway, you will forgive me, I’m sure, if I am looking a little smug in that picture right up there.
