I really only have one more event to share with you from my trip…
It was the night that I took my mom up to watch the sunset from my favorite view spot in the hills above the bay.
The thing is… wow, there hasn’t been a ‘thing’ for a really long time…
And this is either a good thing or a bad thing…
Depending on how much you like to look at these pictures…
But I took a lot of pictures that night.
And we stayed to watch the lights start to come on… and I was playing with the zoom lens too…
Oh, look, there’s my mom. She sat back down in the car after a while because… you know… she is over 90-years-old and all… but my point is this;
We are still a few posts away from finishing up this trip.

Where was your vantage point? I can tell (I think) that you were in San Francisco. Have you even taken in the view from the Berkeley or Oakland hills? Fantastic.

A case can and has been made that environmental factors – such as food, exposure to pathogens, sleep habits, level of physical activity, attitude, etc. – also contribute heavily to longevity. That being said, she would have still impacted your age of death by the environment she brought you up in and trained you to continue. As you are doing to your children.
Except I smoked, drank and did… other stuff… and never expected to live this long… also, you hardly ever see really tall really old men.
That’s because we shrink as we age Art – I’ve already lost and inch and a half.
