I had a great time hanging out with my little cousin, Clark, in Santa Cruz. Just so you know, you need to get down on the floor to really have fun with little kids.
It also makes it easier to make friends with cats… and my cousins have a couple of weirdly cute cats… I think they are short-haired, non-allergenic cats of some sort…
Uh oh… Clark is making a break for it…
The cats took about 10 seconds to warm up to me… but you know me and animals… and babies… they all love me.
My cousin, Mallorie, is a great mom.
Although the cats didn’t look all that excited about sharing the house with a one-year-old.
I think they wanted to come home with me.
I guess it is time to say goodbye to Clark for now… and don’t worry… that is a clean sock from the laundry he is sniffing.

He’d be flat on his back & unconscious if it were one of your socks! Hahahahahaha!
good one…
That cat is practicing the Vulcan mind meld or something…… What a cutie pie little guy!!
they were all over me
The cats are not miserable. They are well loved and nice and warm now that they live in CA! 😉 They were just born with angry faces.
HA! I never meant to imply they were not happy. Maybe a little nervous…
Did you shave those cats, Art?
would I do that?
Those poor cats look miserable
They really just look like that… mostly…
Ahhh! Downy fresh. Adorable child!!!!
He really is, thanks.
