I took a little walk with my brother, Sid, and my daughter, Mollie.
San Francisco was nestled in a blanket of fog, as is so often the case.
This is a view I will never get tired of.
That is my brother on the left, and Mollie is down by the water, trying to get the perfect shot on the camera on her cell phone.

I don’t know how anybody would get anything done with views like this!
I know what you mean
Here I am a Californian, live thirty minutes from the beach and I go there maybe once every three years, usually with a horse, never get a toe wet. I have relatives that drive miles and miles to come visit and play in the surf and sand. They say how lucky I am to live so close to the ocean. I’m an idiot. Your beautiful pictures just reminded me of that, lol.
People forget what is close to them, or just keep thinking they will go to a place someday. I never went to Alcatraz until I moved away.
Yeah, we take it for granted. Alcatraz is amazing. Loved that tour also.
oh yeah
Someday I will see San Fran Bay with my own eyes. Until then I will continue to use yours.
Just don’t drop them… I need them to blog…
Really like that first picture, the sun and the reflection look good.
Thanks… someday I am going to get a good camera.
I have a dSLR (albeit old) and I find it too large, I am going to sell it and get a compact thing, I think it serve the purpose of the types of pics I take.
I love digital pictures. So easy to crop and save and whatnot. I use the blog as an off-site storage for all those pictures you never look at again.
Yeah I see to have a collection of images, I back mine up to a external drive and an offsite storage service.
I am not that organized.
