I began to tell you about the time Mollie and I spent in the Bay Area after the wedding was over. About the marvelous meal she made, and how we spent time with my mother. Here are some of the other things we did.
We took a walk along the ocean just outside the entrance to the bay…
Ah, the beautiful Pacific ocean. This is not too far from where I nearly met an untimely end in a watery grave, back when I was a Sea Scout. (If you are interested in this particular near death experience story, please go back to my post entitled, if I remember correctly; ‘What A Way To Go’)…
You can just make out a cargo ship way off in the distance.
We walked around the headlands and saw the Golden Gate bridge from the ocean side…
Now that is a view it is hard to get tired of…

Love all the ocean in the distance shots. I miss visiting San Fran, it’s been awhile. Loved all your posts & pictures you just did on the sight seeing.
I aims to please.
You get to have all the fun, wahhhhhh.
Being unemployed isn’t all bad… till the bills come due…
I’m employed as a volunteer most of the time. The “socialist” in me doesn’t get paid so that others can feed their families.
I just have no real life skills…
So what is parenting?
Never putting yourself first… sort of…
Wrong answer; it is a life skill, many life skills forming a cohesive whole and influencing emerging minds and consciences. No selling yourself short.
It is just this all-art-side-of the brain thing. Makes life a unique challenge.
