I wasn’t surprised when Trump told a reporter the other day, “It’s going to get cooler.”
I visited a friend yesterday evening, and he insisted all of these natural calamities are proof we have reached the “End Times.” I’ve heard that before with various events, so I didn’t give it much credence. I’m just angry people continue to abuse the planet with over-population and industrial pollution.
Many religious fanatics expect the end times, they want them. So they re banking on a virus, huge disasters, or, their personal favorite, world war starting in the Mideast…
Just like there must always be guardians to the gates of Heaven, there must always be propagators of hysteria on how best to get to the Promised Land.
I don’t mind that they want to go to the promised land, I just don’t like the way that they assume everybody who disagrees with them is going to burn in hellfire forever.
