Turns out one of our walls didn’t have any insulation inside it… and as long as we were going to repaint anyway…

Uh… I had no idea that replacing a shower would be so… invasive… You can see the back of the shower in the other bathroom now. I didn’t know they were so close together. I pointed out that if we drilled a hole in each of them, we could talk to each other while showering. Nobody liked my idea.

It is not good when you find big cracks under your outdated linoleum floors. Fortunately… (?)… we have a ‘floating slab’… (?)… which means it’s not as bad as it could be.

That is our old shower… the one we are replacing.

Still waiting for the cabinet guy to show us the samples… and speaking about living in my mother-in-law’s condo for a month… she has a neighbor who has a cactus… that looks like… uh… well…

In the daytime, it looks like any self-respecting cactus… but when the sun is going down… it looks like a sex toy tree… sorry… but it does.

Yep… It does.
oh my
When asked if they should create a field full of sex toys, the answer came back “If you build it, they will come”
be careful what you wish for
Haha
yup
I really hope one is going to confuse the cactus for the sex toy tree in the dark.
That does seem to be a risk…
Cool! Ummm, I thought cabinets took 6-8 weeks to order? They do aroud here.
Our guy knows a guy who can get them in two weeks…
risk for cactus 😉
Oh my… and HA!
