I finally figured out what a blog really is… it is a search for intelligent life in the vast darkness of the universe… like that probe we sent out into deep space… you know the one, it had recordings of music and languages, and it had a metal plate with that picture of the naked guy doing jumping jacks on it… the one drawn by Leonardo DaVinci… or one of the other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles…
Because that is, when you come right down to it, what most of us are doing here… searching for voices in the far-flung void… hoping to find fellow travelers, to connect with like-minded souls.
And, just like in real life, we are occasionally lucky, and we stumble upon a being whom we come to call friend.

I think you still have a better chance on WordPress – to my knowledge, the probe hasn’t found any at all. But maybe it’s because any intelligent life would avoid a naked jumping jacks guy.
or would it…?
Yikes! Someone is waxing philosophical.
That isn’t the only waxing I’m doing… oh, yeah… owwww…
Art has been thinking about a lot of stuff lately, so it was only a matter of time before getting into hardcore philosophy.
Don’t take hardcore philosophy across the border or you’ll get in big doggie do-do. For instance trying to enter Canada by using your American Free Speech to tell the Canadian Customs Officers they are fat, ignorant, useless pigs who are just delaying your crossing for purposes of speeding them up – will necessitate a visit to our fine jails. Or vice versa, as a Canadian entering the US who says his intention is to join Bernie in free education and healthcare, will be charged with rampant socialism and jailed.
stupidity crosses all borders!!!!!
thinking is a gateway drug to philosophy…
Ha!
oh yeah
Finding needles in haystacks, that’s what it’s like.
Ironically, the easiest way to find a needle in a haystack… is to climb inside the haystack… and do naked jumping jacks… oh man… I kill me…
I’ll leave that well considered method to you.
Well, I stopped hiding my needles in haystacks… so…
But unlike that probe the odds of finding intelligent life in the blogs on WordPress are quite a bit better…. well most of the time it is.
we must be reading different blogs… ha!
