Yeah, we had actual ice on our car windows not too long ago… welcome to winter, Southern California style!

Oh yes I almost forgot. You can still grow rhubarb here but you have to do it in winter.
do love some rhubarb pie…
I’m pulling out my summer clothes. ..it’s been in the 70s and up to 80 here in Arlington Texas. We got cheated out of winter again this year, enjoy your snow.I’m only living here because the economy is good, I live in the area of the Cowboys stadium and the Rangers ball park and they are tearing down all the old stuff and building new. Home values are going up , my home is worth way more now than when i bought it. and jobs are plentiful. The only thing missing are the seasons.but I know better than to move back to ohio. Ohio is a depressed state. But i miss it nonetheless.anyone having problems,s with their economy should move here. This economy is on the way up. the terrible housing crises didn’t affect us here as badly as the rest of the country. I was fortunate to be here when I was , and i never forget it. But still I miss the north.
there are so many places to live
Oh SHUT UP.
HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not long ago – like 2011?
like two weeks… maybe…
Trent grow angry at this post. Trent send proper winter your way.
you can do that???
We have that power.
we do???
awwww, us too
This week;
Oy Paul – holy hannah! You have no idea how excited I am to see you back – been wondering where you been off to. Are you well? Are you writing for us?
And why do you have so much snow??? Up here in tri-cities, there’s almost none. But admittedly, your neck of the wood is more wintery.
Hey Trent! It is great to be back – I really missed you guys. The absence was not my choice, believe me. It was the confluence of about 4 metaphorical perfect storms and a real one. And it was a hotdog bun in the toaster oven that caused a blackout in the middle of the worst snow storm in Ottawa history that finally got me back on line. Ha! True story.
Well Paul, that’s a story I think you are now obligated to tell! Make it happen man! Anyway, just glad that you’re back – really good to see you.
Thanks Trent – I will post it on Cordelia’s Mom sometime this week.
now I know that’s a euphemism
hot dog bun in a toaster oven… that sounds like a euphemism…
And then you add a slab of tasty meat, and the rest writes itself… just let nature take its course, I say.
Bwahaha! Git yur mind otta da gutta Mr. Lewdin. ha!

You didn’t miss him… he hasn’t been around either… sob….
