Okay, that is sort of a bad joke. Because I am disconnected. My computer is broken again. I haven’t been able to get on the internet for the last week. I am stuck using the IPad. I can’t do Photoshop pictures. I can’t even add photos, which sucks, because my friend Willie and his parents are in town, and I have some awesome pictures of our trip to the zoo yesterday that I really want to share. And my blog looks boring without pictures.
On top of that, it is really hard for me to read your posts on this thing. So please bear with me. I am doing the best I can with just words.

Ah jeez that sucks, sorry Art. Look on the bright side, you will have to use words to convey your thoughts without the pictures, it’s a good learning experience. And if you need an outlet for your creative energy you could go analog and use paper and pens or paints or what ever inspires you. Then when your computer gets fixed you can post photos of them.
I do all that stuff all. The time, I just want my computer back. I am trying. To edit my third science fiction novel.
I new something was missing in my life lately, something only your photoshopping can fill. It was probably Dick Cheney being eaten by a lion or along those lines.

So here’s the question. Is it your computer that is broken and can’t access the internet or is your internet down and your ISP (internet service provider) not coming around to fix it? If it’s the former, and your computer is busted, maybe it’s time to spring for a new one. Hey, it’s Black Friday in a few days. Best Buy is practically giving laptops away. And if it’s your ISP, well, I feel bad for you because, well, they don’t care if you can access the internet as long as you pay your monthly access fee.
It is a long and confusing string of events.

Ohhh I’m sorry to hear that. Maybe you can look at it as an adventure? A journey into new computer land? I do understand though, and you’re not alone. I’ve bought new computers for three people this year and two of them are still not using the new one because they don’t like to learn anything new. I can comprehend their dislike for new stuff but it kinda drives me nuts that they have a perfectly new computer sitting beside them and yet they’re still tapping away on the old one.
It will all work out sooner or later…thanks.
