I am honored to announce the release of a book that I had the privilege of being a small part of. Hey, don’t buy this book just because you love me and you know I have another very smart daughter who is going to need to go to a very expensive college in just a few more years. Oh no. Buy it because it’s bloody brilliant. There are plenty of decent community colleges out there.. she’ll be fine.
Seriously, this book is awesome. I bought a copy. I know, you would think that authors could get a free copy of a book they either wrote in part or in full, but the publishing industry is a heartless bitch!
So once again we run into the major stumbling block… I am a computer moron. You all know that. My friend, Daisha Korth, from http://dkorthbooks.wordpress.com/ went to the trouble of preparing an email with a bunch of links to a lot of really cool stuff she did to make the promotion of this book fun and exciting. She is a talented author who has written many books. She put this whole book together by collecting a bunch of very talented writers to each do a story. She designed the cover, the compiled and published the book. Then she did videos and links and all kinds of things that I don’t understand.
The thing is… why is there always a thing?… she thinks I am smart enough to put all those links in this post. How sweet is that?
I am going to do the best I can. But I doubt most of the things I do will work the first time. I may need to do more than one post before I get it right.
Okay, here is the blurb she handed me on a silver platter. I should be smart enough to cut and paste it from the email, right?

Take my hand and come across the threshold where
nothing is as it should be, yet everything is an
adventure!
This collection of stories comes from a group of
authors who have aptly named themselves “The
Twisted Willow Wordsmyths”. Their imagination will
take you to places you never knew existed.
From the power of a human tree to the fanciful Three
Little Pigs, the trials of a stubborn little faerie to the
rhythm of ancient drums, the curse of an old ship to
the possibility of stars making wishes. There are no
dull pages, no putting the book down, but hours of
wonderful moments with the characters that come
alive in these pages.
We all hope you love this book and look forward to
many more!

Is any of this stuff even working? Am I going to get kicked off WordPress again? I am still supposed to give you some information about each author, and a short bit on each story, and some interview with my character from the book, but I am getting paranoid. I do think you should visit:
Daisha Korth

Where do you come up with these people?
I can MAYBE understand a dickinbutter virus that makes people go crazy, aggressive, fast and want to attack like a dickinbutter virus on steroids and PCP, my opinion the deals not gonna come back to life but maybe just maybe there might be a new dickinbutter virus like I said above, whats your thoughts ?
uh… sure…
Looks great, Arthur!

You guys are all so awesome! Thank you so much for being amazing. And Arthur, I’m so glad you are a part of this collection! Get your zombie hat on, next one will be zombies! 😀
Hey… you have to visit my friend over at wepoetsshowit … I will try to get you a link… they showcase all kinds of books and art, and their website is getting huge… good exposure…
http://wepoetsshowit.com/
ahhh… that doesn’t look like a link… but type it in… there is a submissions page and a theme page… I will tell her you are coming. I put poems there, and my tiki photos, and stuff…
They will advertise our book in an upcoming post…
She said she would promote the book as many times as we want…
That all sounds amazing! I will be out of town tomorrow and just a little tied up on Saturday, but I will definitely get over there very soon! 😀 And you DID make a link up there! Yay! You are learning my little Padawan!
I am your father! HA… Okay… don’t forget… that website is getting bigger… I was there when it first started.
Hahaha! I will not forget at all! I am hoping that Monday I can sit down and take care of all loose ends and promotional ideas. 😀 Thank you so much again, Arthur!
no… thank you…
Does she want to showcase on wePoets?
I bet so!!!
We’d be happy to do that for her!
That would be awesome… sweet… cool… lovely…
and our pleasure. 🙂
ha…
If you want direct her to our submission and theme pages
I will tell her… thanks, sis!
You’re welcome Bro!
yay
Ohh! Congrats, Art 🙂 I had to buy the book as well when my art was published in it. A small price to pay to get started, I think? *raises two cups with something in it*
mmm… something… my favorite adult beverage. Thanks.
No idea you liked sparkly pink bubbles. *makes a note*
Are there people who don’t like sparkly pink bubbles??? You can drink them or take a bath in them… or both…
Both, please! Don’t forget your tiny umbrella.
I need it for the bath tub… I’m shy… and modest…
In that case, you’ll be needing one of those palm tree leaf thingies…
Yeah… I was thinking about my last comment, and it sort of sounded like all I needed for modesty was one of those tiny drink umbrellas… sigh… I really need to think before I type.
Haha! I love the way you type. It’s always a twist in a story 🙂
Life is a path with lots of twists… and I am twisted… it works well together… thanks.
Are you releasing a book a month! By the time my other half gets to the US to buy them he will need an extra suitcase
I just did a short story in this one, but it isn’t bad.
I did buyeded it 🙂
You are my favorite duck/goose/bird in the whole wide world…
Quack quack 🙂
HA!
Congratulations!
Let the crack squirrels run right out on to the page…
Thanks… but when I do that they chew on the paper and poop on the pages…
