I rarely, if ever, even give a thought to the Pope because I am not Catholic. He doesn’t determine what happens for me. I happen to belong to the church that Henry VIII started because the Catholic church wouldn’t allow him to divorce. But I do disagree with leaders who are so narrow-minded!
I am glad that you stand with a chuch that takes a stand on divorce. I was raised in the Episcopal church, which I think is basically the Church of England. More or less. Like Catholic lite with less molestation.
The Episcopal church & the Anglican church are one & the same, as is the Church of England. They were started by King Henry VIII because he wanted an heir & his wives could not produce one, so he kept taking new wives. Same church Art.
