I do like the fat that I se wild animals at my job.

Young raccoons are so cute!

Sorry, buddy, I don’t know where your mom went either.

Parking lot coyote!

Dear republicans. You can no longer call yourselves the party of ‘law and order’.
You don’t get to shout “lock her up” at tRump rallies, knowing absolutely no facts about what she did, and whether or not it was actually illegal, and then turn around and say that all of the crimes tRump is facing are either frame-ups or worse, just not care that he broke laws.
It is bad enough to not believe in science, or climate change or vaccines or freedom of choice for women, but to not believe in laws? Or worse, to think that laws do not apply to your side at all?
There are lots of places in the world where laws are what the leaders say they are. And most of those places are ruled by people that tRump admires. So move to Russia. Or North Korea.

I am sure that your first thought was: wait, don’t you already have a small, hand-held digital microscope? And yes, I do. But this is next level. It has it’s own monitor.

And lights. And a few different lenses. And it takes not only photos, but videos as well. For… uh…. some reason.

That is a leaf under the lowest magnification lens. But the other lenses, well, expect to see some weird stuff.

Like baby aphids. And that photo I just took from the monitor with my phone camera.

On the sidewalk outside where I work, I noticed these leaf impressions.

My theory is that something in the leaves was leached out by all the rain.

But the leaves must have been stuck to the ground for a while without moving.

One of life’s mysteries?

No people, buildings, airplanes or trees were harmed in the taking of this photograph.

Yes, these exist. I got it for Christmas. I almost gagged, until I read the box and saw they were fruit-flavored.
Two things,
Firstly, nobody is not pro-life. Nobody is pro-abortion. Women just want the choice. You don’t get the moral high ground because you named the sides in this debate. But it is never an easy choice to make for anyone.
Also, how come the states where they are most against abortion are the same states where they don’t want to teach safe sex and birth control in schools. Can you really have it both ways?
Oh, and teen pregnancy is already on the rise in Texas. Just so you know.

Still, you have to admit that I take pretty good animal photos. Always go to the zoo early in the morning, while the animals are just waking up, and aren’t as annoyed by all the people walking past.

That is one dirty polar bear.

That is wrong on so many levels.

Also, Mollie is not spineless, but she is a marvel.
