My daughter…

I was a house daddy before it became a thing. The other dads made fun of me. But I was there for her first steps, and all her owies and boo boos. We did art and laughed, and I was there as she grew up.

And now she is married to a guy that I love almost as much as she does.

Also, we had breakfast for dinner… all-you-can-eat waffles, omelettes and biscuits-and-gravy bar. Oh yeah, and donut stacks for dessert.
