My life is in boxes… part 2… (or): I got that empty feeling…

b-1

We are starting the home renovations after the weekend… hey… don’t judge us… nobody cleans under their couch… or behind it…

b-2

I didn’t open the drapes or use a flash or turn on a light… because even our dog is out of the house now, and the house seems dark… and lonely…

b-3

Yeah, that was the room my older daughter grew up in… aka: my music studio!!!

b-4

Also, you should go vacuum under your bed… right now…

I was watching “Border Security” last night and an American wanted to enter Canada but he had spent time in jail in the US and had criminal convictions. That normally is an automatic refusal for entry but the actual law says that the crimes must have similar laws in Canada or the time in jail is not considered. He seemed a nice guy and I felt kind of bad for him. Then the officers checked the US charges and found that he had been convicted of Disorderly Conduct and jailed. There is such a charge in Canada but the criteria are different. It turns out that he was selling magazines door to door in a rich neighborhood and one of the residents gave him a hard time, yelling and swearing at him for knocking at the door. He retreated to the sidewalk and then mooned the resident. The resident was powerful and pressed charges and won in court. The young man went to jail and got a criminal record for mooning an asshole. You will be happy to know that is allowed in Canada and the young man was allowed in.

We’ll let you in too Art,if you want, no matter how much time you have done in jail for mooning assholes.
