Lesson 1.
Putting sexy lips on the Queen of England is marginally amusing… (although, no doubt, the Queen is, at this very moment, saying; “We are not amused!”…
On the other hand, putting sexy lady lips on John Boehner is funny… very funny…
Particularly when the picture you use is one where he seems like he is getting ready to burst into tears again, and you juxtapose that with flirty tongue action.

I don’t know if I find over-sized sexy lips on another person particularly funny. I wonder if they fit better if I would find it funnier?
