And we are back to the flower pictures…

I like that picture. Those are not the most beautiful flowers we saw on Maui, but I took that picture in the garden of a lavender farm, way up on the side of the volcano we had just visited… you might remember the silver sword flowers from an earlier flower post… those were at the top of this same volcano. You can see the ocean in the distance.

This garden had some really lovely flowers. I think they are all native to Maui, but it is sort of hard to tell sometimes.

Is that a picture taken in the jungle? No, I can see part of a hotel peeking through in the background.

I think I took that one at a garden plot owned by my sister-in-law… I will have to tell you about her and her husband soon.

I am not sure where I took that one.

Or that one…

And that one isn’t even a flower… but just look at the colors… seriously… why don’t we all just move to Maui together?

Wouldn’t it be nice to move to Maui? But then all the moisture in the air would probably bother my breathing & all the heat would bother me too – so maybe I’ll just stay where I am 🙂

Lovely pictures. But it’s no fair if you invite us all and then don’t pay. No fair at all.

  4. Maui is expensive and I have no money. If you give me enough money to cover my expenses, I’ll let you tag along for free.
