I did it… I figured out how to add a new header at the top of the page… (Thanks to some tech support from my daughter’s boyfriend)…

Now, if you have gotten sucked into the book, you can use the reference pages to remind you who is who and what is what and where they come from and… whatever.

Warning! Do not click on that header unless you have at least started to read the book, or your head will explode, or even worse, you might get sucked into reading the book…
