I grew a little curious about Lord Nelson, perched way up there on top of his frightfully tall pedestal in Trafalgar square.
So I tried zooming in on the picture…
Hey, wait a minute…
Now who does he remind me of?

Dear pmao,
And you called ME a Photoshop monster??
Love Dotty xxx
I meant it in a good way. Now you can get back at politicians that annoy you… ha!
Nelson was black!
no not that nelson……………….
He looked more gray to me…
He was an astronaut with a genie…
ahhh…..the armless one once again…………with a heart of stone no doubt…………
If I hadn’t just peeled a slug off of my dog’s leg, I’d say that was the creepiest thing in my day. Better luck tomorrow?
My mom always told me I was marginally less creepy than a slug.
Maybe it’s changed. I’d check on that tomorrow. Bring her a flower or something and see if she changes her mind. (Just don’t wear the statue costume.)
She might think I am more creepy than a slug. I have a good slug story. Remind me to tell you sometime.
Hey, remember that slug story you were going to tell me about?
I will do a post today to catch up on random things like that… after more random Europe pics…
can’t wait.
Well, you have to wait… at least until I am done.
you are a cruel master, my Lordship.
I don’t have a cruel bone in my body… or an arm in my sleeve…
I am nominating you for the ” Sunshine Blogger Award!!” You can accept it and get the details at my blog post http://mommahasapottymouth.wordpress.com/2012/06/04/oh-sunny-day/
🙂
Thankfully, he doesn’t look a bit like Dick Cheney. Lord Nelson has funny looking legs.
But what a handsome fellow, even with the missing arm.
The missing arm is unique and adds to his overall allure. I’m told he liked to pin the empty sleeve in unexpected places.
He kept a flask of brandy in it.
Good for him! Stupendous idea!
Now why doesn’t this surprise me? 🙂
But I want to surprise you. That is the point.
Even having seen this in person, I never noticed the mustache.
He is so far away… way up there… being all heroic and handsome and whatnot…
