Cities… part 5… Well, that’s the Eiffel Tower… but why is it frowning???

Good eye! That is indeed the Eiffel Tower. And it is, in fact frowning. That is because I merged it… or melded it… with that famous Vincent Van Gogh painting again… My apologies to France for making the tower sad.
