No, that isn’t the daughter who got married, that is my other daughter, Mollie, who is graduating high school soon. And a rather drunk me. I love that kid. I am glad she is old enough to show on the blog now.
So, we have this thing we do… I call her Mollie the mollusk… or just Mollusk. And I say: “Mollusk me!”… and then we put our cupped hands together, like two hugging mollusks. It is adorable.
There is my other daughter, Jessica, and my new son-in-law, Jason. Can you spot me in that picture?
There I am, walking Jessica to the ceremony. My wife would be in that photo, but I cropped her out… hey, she doesn’t want to be on the blog.
Then there were some hugs, right before many words were said.
It was all really quite beautiful.
Mollie and her boyfriend. The professional photographer who took these… (Thanks again, Kristina Adams Photography)… thought they were so attractive that she wants them to model for her advertisements and brochures. And she is a pretty famous wedding photographer.
Just like Mollie wore tennis shoes under her prom dress, the bride and groom chose comfortable footwear. It is a thing. Don’t be a fashion victim.
I love that Jason guy. He makes my kid happy, and we do cool stuff together.
