These two geese never strayed far from each other.
It was really sort of adorable.
I don’t know what’s going on there.
There was a lot going on at the lake, that’s for sure.
It must have been rush hour.
Those guys have these cool flaps on their feet that flatten closed when their feet move forward in the water and then open out like swim fins when they push backwards.
Hopefully this post took the bad taste of insect sex out of your mouth… uh… so to speak…

Haven’t you ever had roast duck or goose? It is very tasty.

I guess they do that in some parts of America at Thanksgiving. I mean, I have had roasted duck, but mostly in Chinese restaurants.
That would be Peking Duck but roasted duck – say Duck a l’orange is very, very good.

Oh, I have had that too… I just don’t ever remember it being served as the main course at somebody’s house.
The duck tends to be a French dish. The roast goose is British.
