The other day, I went to the bank, and I saw one of those Google Maps cars…
I walked all around it taking pictures with my phone from every angle. The guy got nervous and asked what I was doing… I just shrugged and said, “Hey, you guys drive around all the time taking pictures of us and our stuff.”
He didn’t seem to get the humor in this situation at all.

Did you ask the dude if you could take is pic?
No… they never ask us…
Ha!
yup
Bwahahaha! That is toooooo funny Art. Ha! Wish I coulda been there. I’m anal about personal info – I won’t even give stores my zip code (postal code here) when they are doing a survey. I have actually not even been counted in in the census since I was a teen living at home 40 years ago (part of that was accidental and part deliberate). Although I enjoy Google’s service, I am uneasy about the amount of personal info that is available.
It was like asking a telemarketer if you could call them at home…
Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I had cancer (12 years ago now – and cancer free so far) Revenue Canada and I had a spat and the agent told me I should get a job – I told him I would love to but no one would hire someone going through chemo and radiation – so I asked him if he would give me a reference. ha! Long pause and I started to laugh. He never did answer.
I am glad it is working out for you…
Or just say you’re working for Mapquest, and they don’t give you the cars there.
Oh yeah
This is so funny!
…ooo000ooo…
