That picture is not quite what it seems to be. The reflected city in the water did not exist in the original image. There were just streaks of light. I copied and flipped the city skyline, and then pasted it using partial transparency. I suppose I could have just Googled an image with a better reflection of the city… but this is just about me… having fun with Photoshop… and a city I love… so.. uh… yeah…
