The 20th submission to my weird art contest where you have to make art that is about me or my blog… and this one is a double…

Yes, you heard me… this work of Art is a work of arts! Because not only is there an awesome picture… but there is a poem that goes with it. These were done by friend, Toad, who also goes by at least one other name, over at:  http://jensenempire2551.wordpress.com/

Here is the picture he did… if you look closely, you can see my face and my dark glasses in there… at least once…

a 1 a 1

And, as if that wasn’t enough, he also posted this poem on his blog:

Who Makes the Rules?

Take it too me, toadly,

rules

of any sort

just don’t involve thee!

You sadly see,

a toad has

a blogging friend

whom makes the rules

just like

one

two

three!

So just for fun,

rule number one;

pouringmyartout make the rules

rule number two;

revert back too,

rule number one.

Last but not least,

Rule number three;

there is only

one rule,

how easy can that be….

Nonetheless,

these rules

are so make belief,

as pouringmyartout would

let you believe…

So who makes

the rules?

Why, you do

so don’t be such

a damn fool…..

  1. Art makes the rules and we happily break them. 🙂

    That’s really good! Is that what your mind looks like after the crack squirrels have a party in your brain?

    Hey, Art, the link to Toad’s blog doesn’t work for me, is it me or is his page down? I used to know a guy named Toad, friend of a boyfriend, way back in the day… uhhh, I’m thinking around 1980? If he ever lived in Oregon who knows, might be that guy, he was pretty cool 🙂
