I have had a lot of fun playing with my new alien. I feel like I brought a new life into the universe. She started as just a small character role in my novel and a very rough pencil sketch. I scanned her and through the magic of Photoshop turned her into a living being. After playing with various color schemes, I found one that I think really works…
And that is how I will always picture her in my mind… as a sort of reptilian Tony the tiger from outer space. Throw in an alien planet for a background and you are all set…
I would like to visit her on her home world. I bet the sunsets are just plain awesome.

Thanks. My older daughter says I need to knock off the begging and whining approach to book sales for a while. I am trying to be subtle… once again, not really my strong point.
