I am sorry that my daughter moved to another state. But I think she will be happy there. Scottsdale is a safe, clean and interesting place to live. It is quite beautiful, and the people seem friendly.
Her boyfriend has a good job, and she is going to start her own work-from-home business.
I hope she does well. I also hope that she doesn’t get so busy that she can’t help me publish the next three… (at least)… parts of my novel.
There are some very nice places to eat in Scottsdale. We went out to dinner and the food was awesome.

All in all, I am looking forward to going back to visit them often, and getting some nice pictures to share with all of you. There is a lot to see in Arizona. The desert can be stunningly gorgeous. I plan to explore the state, but there is one interesting thing to explore that is just outside of Scottsdale.
That is Camel Back Mountain. It looks like a camel sleeping on the ground. And it looks like a fun place to hike, despite the rattlesnakes. What, you can’t see a camel there?
Maybe you have to use your imagination… or try squinting a little. I took these pictures from the car on the freeway, but there are some places you can look at it from where it looks more camely.
So yeah, I hope they are happy in this charming little city.
But I am still going to miss them.

Be careful… there is some weird stuff down there. But there is also free parking, snacks in the lobby, and emergency phones are scattered through the old posts so if you you get lost…
