Well bugger all…I signed out then jumped back in to share something with you and they are all showing up fine now. I alarmed you for no reason, unless of course it was a wordpress problem and they lurk enough to read posts and realized there was a problem after I posted so fixed it. Isn’t THAT a scarey thought?
But back to business…had to share this here on this post…I was just trolling thru Yahoo and one of their fine (ahem) news posts was about a moon rock that is on the auction block expecting to sell for $380,000 or thereabouts. As you can imagine, the comments were plentiful and generally followed the line of “I’ve got rocks in my backyard, want one?” But buried within the comments was this gem…
WilhemenaCooker… “i have a pet rock.”
nmeric25… “Hope you had it spayed or neutered! We have enough Republicans running around these loose these days.”
Snort. Chuckle. Snicker. If I’d been drinking coffee I’d have snorted it right out thru my nose. Actually made me laugh out loud. Scared the sleeping dog even. Enjoy.
My dad had some dust from the moon in a jar. They were teting it at the Lawerence radiation labs. But that was funny. Thanks for sharing.
Firstandfabulous, your Mom is brilliant. It is nice to know that people can and do see him for what he really is.
Oh and I don’t know what you changed but now ALL your posted pictures are showing up as unsecure content which my computer declines to display without further assurances from me. I don’t believe I changed any settings so I can only assume that you or wordpress have. Just so you know.
