It is always tricky to take good photos of things that won’t stop moving. Birds are a challenge. So are active kids. As for this guy, I suggest giving him less coffee… or getting a good tranquilizer gun.

Seriously, mist DSLR cameras have an icon of someone running, which is set for sport and will often capture a good moving object. Mind you, you need some skill for that as well which is why I can’t do it hehe
